1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TrueCall: Caller ID & Dialer ("Application", "TrueCall"), developed by Premil Devani, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the application.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use one copy of the Application per iOS device for personal, non-commercial use only. Under this license you may not:

• Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble any part of the Application;
• Attempt to extract source code, proprietary algorithms, or caller lookup databases;
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose, harassment, automated robocalling, or unauthorized bulk data gathering;
• Transfer the application or license rights to another person without authorization.

3. Caller Identification & Directory Accuracy

Caller identification and spam score calculations are provided on a best-effort basis using algorithmic analysis, community reports, and telecommunications public indicators. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that all incoming calls will be identified correctly or that all spam calls will be blocked.

4. Apple Standard EULA

Your use of TrueCall on iOS devices is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In case of conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's minimum terms shall apply to the extent necessary.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer or TrueCall be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, missed calls, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.
